How to Add School Users and Assign Grades/Classes and After School Classes to School Users

Go to Settings/School Users to add school users to FetchKids. You may also assign School Users to grades/classes and after school classes.  

*Important: If a school user does not see any students, always check the School User grade/class and after school class assignments. If a school user is not assigned to any grades/classes or after school classes, the school user will not see students on the Drop Offs or the Pickups Arriving list.

**Super Admins: If a school user is given a Super Admin role for more than one campus, please contact FetchKids so that the school user may be linked to multiple campuses in our database.
