How to Set Up Joint Custody

For parents that are divorced and are picking up children based on a joint custody schedule, two pickup teams may be set up in FetchKids.

If parents are together or divorced but they want to be on the same pickup team, then it’s not required to use joint custody.

Only use joint custody when there is a formal joint custody schedule in place because the pickup days must be assigned to each parent.
