How to Confirm a Pickup on Web and Mobile for Adults Who Did Not Use FetchKids
School Users may confirm pickups even if the arriving adult did not use FetchKids. The pickup can still be recorded in FetchKids and notifications are sent to parents and the school.
Pickups can be confirmed manually on the web by tapping on the Manual Pickups button on the Pickups Arriving page. On mobile, the school user should tap on the + button in the top bar on the Pickups Arriving screen.
