How to Set the School GPS Point and Arrived Radius
A GPS point is set for each campus/organization in FetchKids. This point is used to calculate the arrival time for Adults who are on their way.
A geofence radius around the GPS point is also set which determines when the arriving Adult’s status changes from On the Way to Arrived. After the status has changed to Arrived, location services are off and no new arrival time information is transmitted to the school.
Important Note: In order to change the location of the GPS point, please send the coordinates or a screenshot to FetchKids at support@fetchkids.com.
